Yes. Wegovy® is a prescription-only medicine. A PRC-licensed doctor reviews your health assessment and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
How is my Wegovy® dose decided?
Your doctor decides. Treatment commonly starts at 0.25 mg once weekly and is increased gradually under physician guidance. FlexTouch pens are available in 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 1 mg, 1.7 mg and 2.4 mg, and each pen contains 4 once-weekly doses.
How should Wegovy® be stored?
